"Dave worked hard to build a huge ag database for Rhea & Kaiser's client, Rhone-Poulenc during the 1990s. We talked so often during those long days, I can still recall the sound of his voice today! A good guy and always tried hard and delivered for us under high-pressure. Wishing you, his family, closure, good memories - and he eternal peace. God bless you. "

Jim Bartelson from St. Charles IL

"My deepest sympathies to Dana and the Wilson family. Dave will indeed be remembered as a leading ag data expert, trusted for his knowledge and insights by top ag companies and agencies. As a colleague, I appreciated and valued his counsel and will remember him for his integrity. Mostly, I will remember him as the devoted husband and dedicated father that he was. He was so proud of his family. May fond memories provide comfort to you all during this most difficult time. God Bless. Remembering Dave's passion for golf, I know he must be enjoying a round today on Heaven's best course. "

Josh Turney from Clinton IL

"I am incredibly sad to learn about this......I had the pleasure to work and learn from Dave at Farm Journal, I quickly learned he was the data expert. I included Dave on as many sales calls I could. He always talked about his kids and his family. Dave would call me when he was traveling to Decatur to see his dad. I learned so much about the data business from Dave, he was always eager to help me. May God give you strength and help you find peace during this time. God Bless. "

"I had the opportunity to work with Dave in the Ag business, on and off for over 20 years. More recently, Dave was generous with information when I was diagnosed with kidney and thyroid cancer 3 years ago. It was scary being given these diagnoses and I was grateful to have someone that could share their experience with me. Dave was very supportive and kind when I needed someone to talk to. I will remember him fondly. My thoughts and prayers are with his family."
